Book Early – to avoid disappointment, appointments should be booked at least one week in advance.

Arrive Early – Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your spa treatment. All appointments will end at their scheduled time.

What to bring – Bathing suits may be worn for any treatment. We include complimentary use of robes and slippers.

Medications – Individuals with any medical conditions should consult with a physician prior to using a spa facility. Treatments of the hydro therapy tub are income tax deductible with a physicians note.

Cancellation Policy – Please allow 48 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any booking of two or more hour of service requires a credit card at the time of booking. Without proper notice 50% of the treatment cost will be charged to your credit card.

Treatments – We recommend that you do not shave on the day of any treatments using sea salts.
